We take pride in baking delicious, gluten-free treats with care and quality ingredients. Because our products are made fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your order! Please read our exchange policy below.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges in the rare case that a product is damaged or defective upon pickup.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must not be opened or consumed.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of pickup.

  • Exchanges are only available for local or porch pickup orders. We do not offer shipping at this time.

If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange, please email us at lbhbakery@gmai.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo (if possible)

We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to resolve it.

Return & Exchange FAQs

  • No, we do not offer refunds at this time. Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items that meet our exchange policy requirements.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for orders based on preference or change of mind.

  • While we hope you love every bite, we cannot offer exchanges based on taste preference.

  • Please reach out to us within 2 days of your pickup date with a photo and your order info. If the item is unopened and qualifies for exchange, we’ll happily replace it.

  • We recommend picking up your order promptly during your scheduled pickup time to ensure freshness. We are not responsible for quality issues due to late pickups.

  • Exchanges for special orders follow the same policy—only if the product is damaged or defective, unopened, and requested within 2 days of pickup.

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of your pickup with your order number. We’ll make it right!
