We’re an in-home micro-bakery in Farimont, WV, specializing in Gluten-Free Goodness aka Gluten-Free, Brown Butter Cookies!
Ran by CJ Scott and Jacob K., we bake small-batch, brown butter cookies, craft delicious snack mixes, and our incredible homemade peanut butter spread!
And while all that sounds fine and dandy, let’s answer the real question you have in mind… “What kind of gluten-free goodness am I in store for?”

We bake crave-worthy cookies that just so happen to be gluten-free — no weird textures, no sad substitutes, just buttery, chewy, can’t-stop-at-one goodness.

Our main flavors are:
🍪 Chocolate Chip – A timeless classic with a twist! Our brown butter dough is loaded with both semi-sweet and dark chocolate chips for a perfectly balanced, rich chocolatey bite.
🥜 Go Nuts (Peanut Butter Cookie) – Peanut butter lovers, this one’s for you! Featuring peanut butter chips and our homemade peanut butter cookie spread, it's a creamy, nutty delight.
🍫 Triple Chocolate – The ultimate treat for chocolate lovers! Enjoy this rich, fudgy cookie dough, then get an extra dose of decadence with semi-sweet. milk, and dark chocolate bits.
🍌 Glazed Banana – A soft, pillowy banana bread-inspired cookie topped with a light glaze and sprinkled with toasted walnuts for a comforting, nostalgic treat.
So obviously, we’re extra.. but here’s a little more:
🥨 Kitchen Sink (Gluten-Friendly*) – Sweet, salty, and everything in between! Semi-sweet chocolate, crunchy pretzel bits, and our signature peanut butter cookie spread come together in one delicious bite—topped with a toasted marshmallow for the perfect finish.
🔥 S’mores (Gluten-Friendly*) – A campfire favorite turned into a cookie! A luscious chocolate cookie, rolled in graham cracker crumbs, then topped with a perfectly toasted marshmallow for that irresistible s’mores experience.
* Gluten-Friendly products are made with ingredients that contain gluten. While we love being gluten-free, it is more affordable to share these delicious treats with these ingredients (i.e. pretzels and graham cracker crumbs) instead of their Gluten-Free counterparts. These can be made without those ingredients or made Gluten-Free for an additional fee.
And because who doesn’t love drama… a seasonal flavor!:
🍓 Strawberries & Cream – Fresh strawberry bits and creamy white chocolate make this cookie burst with flavor! Finished with a silky strawberry cream cheese frosting for a sweet, dreamy finish.
