As the temperatures drop and the markets wind down for the season, our little brick house is cozying up for winter — and that means it’s time for a small change in how we bake for you.
This winter, Little Brick House Bakery will be operating on an order-only basis. Instead of regular market pickups, every cookie, loaf, and cinnamon roll will be baked just for you, fresh to order.
🧁 How to Place an Order
Ordering is simple and ensures your favorite gluten-free treats are baked exactly when you need them.

Choose your favorites — from cookies and brownies to sourdough loaves and cinnamon rolls.
Place your order at least 24 hours in advance so we have time to bake your goodies to perfection.
We’ll confirm your order and pickup details directly after checkout. Our address will be located on your receipt.
💰 Deposit Policy for Large Orders
For orders over $50, a 50% deposit is required at least 72 hours in advance to secure your baking slot. This helps us plan our ingredient sourcing, production schedule and ensure every order gets the care it deserves.
